We understand the importance of feeling comfortable in your own home, so we’re able to adapt existing rooms or create a new room, to make staying independent as easy and stress free as possible.

We provide a fully comprehensive service – from initial contact, to job completion. Once completed you can have the reassurance of aftercare. We always aim to make the process as stressfree as possible.

Before we can create the perfect mobility bathroom for you, we would arrange to have an informal visit to you in the comfort of your own home. There we would discuss options with you and decide on what type and style of mobility bathroom would suit you and your individual needs best.

During this appointment we complete a full technical survey. This enables us to write up a fully detailed quotation itemising all the items/work required to complete the installation.
Our quotations are easy to understand and will be fully inclusive of sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings etc. This will also include the labour costs separately. Occasionally there may be unforeseen issues that will require additional work but should that occur, we would keep you fully informed.

All our installations are carried out by a team of fully qualified tradesmen and we hold full liability insurance for peace of mind.

CopperOak makes the experience of installing a new mobility bathroom a hassle free experience. We project manage the whole installation from start to finish. From removal of the existing fixtures to the supply, installation and handover of the new bathroom, all will be completed with the minimum amount of disruption to your home.

All of our installations come with a 12 month labour guarantee. The guarantees on the fixtures can vary but all will be guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months

We also put together a detailed estimate will be provided which includes a breakdown of all the individual details and installation costs.

Once you approve the final design and estimate, we'll provide a start date where we'll produce a detailed work schedule so you can see on a daily basis what will be happening with your property. All our installations are project managed and installed by an expert team of installers, this guarantees that the end result is a completed install with a superior finish.
